Delivery and returns
Estimated delivery time
Processing time is 3-5 weeks after order confirmation and 1-2 weeks for delivery. Tax not included.
Our goal is to send you your future electrification kit as soon as possible.
Note: Weekends do not count towards your shipping days. If you order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday.
Providing quality eco-friendly products to our customers is one thing, but we try to go even further by delivering your order to you in the most sustainable way possible. We do this by using, wherever possible, only the most environmentally friendly shipping materials, including recycled cardboard, 100% recycled “Tesa” packaging tapes and eco-friendly adhesives and glues without solvent.
To further reduce our carbon footprint, paper invoices are generally not sent with orders, but you do receive a full order confirmation email, along with order status updates to keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you require an additional, separate invoice, please let us know and we will be happy to email one to you.
Items sold on "rocketbike.co/rocketbike.ch", are made to the highest quality, so we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, you may need to return an item to us.
Please do not return purchases before contacting us in the initial instance. If we are not contacted, we will not be liable for any return losses or return postage costs you may have incurred which may not have been necessary.
For all returns you will need to include your order and contact details. You will also need to mark the outer packaging of your return with your order number and ensure that the package contains suitable protective packaging for transit. Failure to comply with the above could result in delays in processing the return.

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items for a refund. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. You are also responsible for goods in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit is your responsibility.
Note: For hygienic reasons, all unwanted returned items must be in a completely unused condition and in their original, unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the value paid for the returned items, excluding delivery charges paid at the time of ordering.
Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item on first use, please contact us. We will be able to offer a replacement or refund for the item, as long as there is no evidence of misuse or accidental damage. In some cases we will have to wait for the damaged/faulty item to reach us. You may be asked to send it to us and we will refund the costs upon receipt of the return, together with proof of postage paid.
Please Note: Any damages upon receipt of the package must be reported to us within 3 working days.
Goods returned, but lost in transit
We ask customers to take care of their goods until they are returned to us. We recommend that goods are suitably packaged for transit and that a secure and traceable delivery service is used. Please ensure you receive a receipt for proof of postage. If your package is lost in transit, please make your request to the courier used to return the goods.
Refunds and Replacements
All returns will be handled and processed within 7 business days of receipt. In case you opt for a refund, the time it takes for it to show in your account may depend on your type of bank account (usually around 3 days). If you choose a replacement, delivery will take the standard delivery time for your location.
